The partial planning package is perfect for couples who already have some of the wedding aspects figured out but still want the comfort of having a wedding professional throughout the planning process.
This package includes everything the in the"Month of" coordination package, plus:
- Budget and timeline management
- Assistance in perfecting the wedding theme and design
- Up to three vendor referrals and assistance
- Etiquette coaching
- Two follow-up meetings of one hour each
- A one-hour final session one month before the wedding
- Unlimited follow-ups by email, text message and phone during our business hours
- Easy monthly payments
"Month of" coordination
- One-hour preparation meeting to go over the essentials
- Vendor correspondence to finalize details
- Vendor coordination the day of the event
- One venue logistics visit to oversee final details such as floor plan, catering details, and event detail sheets.
- Presence of a wedding planner and one assistant on the wedding day, for up to 12 hours. Please note that additional hours may be required for larger weddings or for out-of-town celebrations.
